4. 2026-27 the Deacons Nomination Committee announced the nominees. Profiles are available online and on the bulletin board.

• The Ballots will be distributed by a deacon today and 8/17. After 8/17, the unclaimed ballots will be sent to the church members by mail. If you haven’t received it by 8/22, please contact or call 604-416-3257
• The deadline for all ballots to be received and considered valid is Sunday, August 31, at 1:00 pm. To ensure your vote arrives on time, mail your ballot as soon as possible. Results will be announced on September 7.

5. For Planning & Budget 2026, all departments/committees leaders, please submit your expenses before Se 7. You could choose to use Digital Voucher or printed voucher for approval and submit with receipts to
6. If you would like to be newly added to the church group mail list to receive the prayer letter, weekly bulletin and other information, please fill the online form. No need to refill the form if you are already on the list.
7. Recently, we have been unable to locate various items in the kitchen. It would be appreciated if you could return the items to their original places after use. Thank you for your cooperation.
