  1. Welcome to our Sunday Service. Due to an increase in COVID cases, wearing a mask inside the church is highly recommended. If you have any symptoms, please rest at home. You can find free testing kits at the welcome table. The sermons will be uploaded to our YouTube channel on 2:30pm.

  2. Sunday Children program arrangements:
  • 8:30-9:45am no Children program arranged for the Cantonese morning service
  • 10:00-11:15am JAM (age 6 or above) starts in the gym and moves to B7 after praise time. 10:15-11:15am Jam Jr. (age 4-5) in A9 depending on what the parents and teachers comfortable with and pre-discussed arrangements
  • 11:30am-12:45pm Children Sunday School in the basement. PreK class is for age 3-5 in B4 depending on what the parents and teachers comfortable with and pre-discussed arrangements

  1. 3/10-4/8 “30 Day of Prayer For the Muslim World” Digital Prayer Guide and Kids’ version are available online for purchase. Free online Chinese Daily Prayer Guide is also available.
  2. 3/16(Sat. 10am-12pm) Cantonese Workshop with Mandarin interpretation for Tax Filing Tips II in the sanctuary. New immigrants are welcome.
  3. 3/29 (Fri. 7-9pm) MBCCA Joint Good Friday Service in person @Fraser Lands Church (3330 SE Marine Drive, Vancouver). English speaker Pastor Michael Welbers. Cantonese, Youth, Children program available.
  4. 3/31 Easter Baptismal & Membership Ceremony Sunday:
  • 10am English and JAM service in the gym. Joint Children Sunday School Activity @B7; Junior & Senior High and Adult Sunday school paused
  • 8:30am & 11:30am Cantonese Service in the sanctuary
  • 10am Mandarin Gospel Sunday Service in A8. Please invite your Mandarin speaking family members and friends to join.
  1. Lent Devotional. Ash Wednesday marks the beginning of the Lent season, started on Wednesday, February 14. Please grab a copy of the 2004 UGM Lent Devotional from the reception table as a gift for you to use this Lent season
  2. 5/2-5(Thu-Sun. 7:30pm) the 52nd Chinese Bible Conference in ECBC. Speaker Rev. Lawrence Ko. Cantonese speaking with Mandarin translation.

Open to: Mandarin-speaking international students

Objectives: Enhance English conversation skills in a small group by exploring various topics every week.

Enhancing English skills through writing, reading, and listening to hymns.

Objectives: Improving everyday basic functional English in a small group using video clips, songs, and simple Bible passages.

  1. 3/17(Sun)3-4:30pm Cantonese Plan to Protect Training – Refresher on Zoom. An English Orientation Training will be in Aug. It is MANDATORY for all senior, children and youth workers to attend once a year. New volunteers are recommended to join this orientation training.
